Shani Shahmoon, AMFT
Shani is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in supporting adults, adolescents, and families as they navigate challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationships. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Shani Shahmoon graduated from Mount Saint Mary's University with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and holds a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA.
